Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal contract between you and 2026 Best VPN (the "Service Provider") regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile accelerator application (the "App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative works based on the App without authorization. All intellectual property rights related to the App remain with the Service Provider. We may adjust features, pricing, or availability within a reasonable scope and will provide notice where appropriate. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account credentials and should avoid jailbreaking or rooting your device if that weakens system security.

This Service may integrate certain third-party components or capabilities, including services such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. Your use of those components may also be subject to the applicable terms of the relevant third parties.

The App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for unavailability caused by device outages, data limits, poor signal quality, or carrier restrictions. If you use the Service outside Wi-Fi, your mobile carrier may charge data fees. If international roaming is involved, any associated charges remain your responsibility.

Users remain responsible for their own use of the Service. We are not liable for direct or indirect loss caused by device battery depletion, local system failures, third-party service issues, or inaccuracies in partner-provided information. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may require updates from time to time, and you may need to install the latest version. The Service Provider also reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Service without prior notice where necessary.

These terms may be updated periodically, and you should review this page for the latest version. Updates take effect on the date they are published (effective date of the current version: October 4, 2025).
